Stone and I were able to have an extended stay in the states - while we were not happy to be away from Joan - the time away from the worst winter in Japan's history was very pleasant. There are a few pictures posted here, enjoy.
We still have snow coming in daily; however, the melting is currently outpacing the new so within a few weeks we should be back outside enjoying the early spring.
